TRIG TY91/TY92 Bluetooth adapter for SkyDemon, Sky-Map and other navigation apps — SD-TY9X-E.

The SD-TY9X-E is a compact Bluetooth adapter, which without additional wiring or mechanical intervention between the TC90 control unit and the Sub-D connector of a TRIG The TY91/TY92 VHF transceivers are set. Afterwards, you transmit standby and active frequencies directly from the app via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

The adapter also works if an EFIS is already installed (Dynon, G3X ua) is connected to the radio — we call this feature Dual Source.

Good to know. In SkyDemon If you select "Garmin GTR225 Compatible" as the radio type — for the TRIG There is no separate menu entry for TY91/TY92. The adapter is connected to the TC90 control unit, not to the radio module (25-pin connector).

  • Compatibility: Designed for TRIG TC90 keypads, compatible with TY91 and TY92. Works from firmware version 1.5 of the TC90 keypad. An existing EFIS (Dynon, G3X ua) can still be used.
  • Simple installation: The adapter is plugged in between the existing wiring and is held securely to the housing thanks to two Sub-D knurled screws.
  • Power supply: No additional power supply required; handles on-board voltages up to 28 V. An integrated fuse provides additional protection.
  • Requirements: Works on the 12V bus (TY91) and 24V bus (TY92).
  • Compact design: Dimensions 48 × 45 × 17 mm, Weight 50 gr.
