Older versions (≤ 5.7) are not compatible and may require a software update from the manufacturer.
Tip: The last two digits of the serial number indicate the year of production.
Both adapters are technically identical and can be used plug-and-play.
The Angled variant is designed for installations with limited space behind the radio and is angled either upwards (UP) or downwards (DOWN).
Note: The connector orientation varies depending on the radio model – please check the orientation before ordering.
Dual-source technology can you Navigation app & EFIS in parallel use.
Existing EFIS data lines (e.g. Garmin G3X, Dynon, Nesis) remain intact – the adapter is simply plugged in between.
This way you also benefit from the frequency transmission from your navigation app without losing your existing avionics wiring.
